Busings / rods / engines replaced? |

After 700+ a few miles, 2002 S3t goes in for what was supposed to be the 500 mi. Dr´s appt/check up .... a slight noise is heard pulling into the HD/B shop, and a bad bushing and questionable rod are found ... digital pictures are sent to Buell ... Buell elects to replace the entire engine .... anyone else w/similar prollum(s)? I must say though: I DO LIKE THE BIKE ... and I don´t expect perfection, where do we find that again? I expect to work this bike in over the year or more of the warranty ... it´s that new a bike and that weird a problem; was wondering if was happening anywhere else ... V/r, john |
