I´ve had one for 11 months now and I´ve travelled over 11,000 km. Other than an initial problem with the spark plug (not seated correctly) it´s been faultless. I had no trouble replacing a few bits I damaged but have had to wait a month for a replacement rear tyre (None the right size in the whole country). However, I get by with a duplicate front tyre on the rear. I rode it alone on a trip that was over 1000 km and it never missed a beat. I would say you got a lemon. Mine´s a peach!
