take them out and go with them in hand or what i done was to put an O ring between the 2 seals ,inner and outer with a load of instant gasket .been perfect ever since.although i did strip the fork in question and refill it with oil at the same time but the dealer rip off merchants would only sell me a new fork and no seals.They told me it wasnt possible to strip the fork as it was a sealed unit.Usual dealer crap didnt do 6 yrs at college for motor vehicle technician to have some jumped up self opinionated creep smirking at me like he was and iam paying for his manicured nails and poncey hair do.
