It´s more easier with a geared moped just because off the gears.
after deristricting it would go about 80Km/h but iff I was you, i should change the gearsetup a bit, for an examel, make the rear gearplate bigger, the one in front small, so you get a fast running chain and a higher amount off speed. After playing some with all this and with your exaust(very important: don´t make it too noisy, instead off that you look tuff the police can recorgnice that your bike goes fast very easily! but that´s simpel offcourse) The bike can speed up to some 110/120 Km/h!
