i have a gilera gsm ive had minor problems with it since i got it like electrics i been out on it 2night and the exhaust fell off and im really **** off but mine does about 47mph so im not sure if its restricted or derestricted but i can tell u all my mtaes on the little scooter kick my **** they leave me standing but there scooters do about 65mph if not faster on a flat
