2002 CR 50 Huskyboy for my 4 year old

I´m looking at a 2002 CR50 HuskyBoy with training wheels for my 4 year old and am not sure if this bike is too much for him, height wise and power wise. He currently has a Polaris Battery powered Quad and has developed some skills with it over the summer. Can anyone give me some advise on it?
