The vardadero is a honda 4 stroke, kinda, dakar racing style bike, not really in the same league performance wise compared to the other three mentined. The aprilia is a decent bike, good handling power, top spoeed etc, but its so unreliable it will cost you more in teh first year on new bits( not included on warranty) than it would to insure, my friend has hadone for 8 months from new and it blew up on him, needed full engine rebuild, new clutch cost 150 quid, plus speedo cables a fragile and break easily it has also been known to have flames in the exhaust. the mito is as quick as the rs, smoother acceleration ( not slower mind) ten times more reliable and will definately cost less to run. The nsr is a good all round bike, quicker acceleration than the itailian bikes, but not as powerful and does not top out as high, being honda its unliklely to break down, it is really the sort of layed back sports bike, than the extreme of the itailian. i would by the mito.
