Locks in honda sky HELP ME !

Locks in honda sky HELP ME !

Hallo! I´m Mati, I´m from Poland. I have one problem with my honda sky. I unlocked the exhaust, my honda ride only 60 km/h (before unlock 50). I know, thet sky has 2 locks, but i don´t know where is second lock and what i can unlock this? HELP !
