You should be able to get the windshield and panels from your local honda dealership, to de-restrict them you have to take a washer type thing out of the exhaust were it meets the engine, or you could get a tecnegas race exhaust although they are not road legal and very loud they also cost around £80. I personnally do not think they are worth de-restricting as I only gained around 5-10mph and it uses more fuel!
