Oil change lamp

Oil change lamp

When you start the ignition and the oil change lamp flashes orange
Does that mean I have to change the oil or is it supposed to flash on?
Is a 4 stroke engine is similar to a 2 stroke engine where you can just refill the oil if so where on the bloody bike do you put it in?
If I do have to do an oil change how do I do it?
