This bike should be classified a step above a mini-bike as the overall power band is weak the foot controls are to close and hitting the foot brake is difficult for an adult. I purchased a 2002 Honda Rebel solely for my wife to build confidence as she just received her motorcycle license through a State approved Rider course and the motorcycles used are Honda Rebels “cheap”. Being the owner of Harley-Davidson 1200S Sportster and Harley-Davidson Road King I find it hard to believe this bike to be classified as a motorcycle, once my wife gains confidence my friends and I are going to use it for target practice.
