Check the diaphrams that control the sliders. They are in the very top of the carbs. I don´t think they are part of a normal carb rebuild. They can´t have any holes. I can give you an address to send them to if they are bad.
Also, you MUST have an air filter installed or the bike won´t run right. It needs some intake resistance.
