Engine rattling noise when riding

Engine rattling noise when riding

Hi Guys,
Would appreciate your input. Recently changed oil and added 3 quarts. The oil level on the side panel is on the high side. Recently when I was riding strange noises where coming from my engine. It would also shout down when at the stop light. It seemed as there is no oil in the engine, even though the side window show there is. I am puzzled.
