I am pulling my 1981 Kawasaki 100 out of moth balls. I put gas in it and it started on the second kick. The battery is long ago dead. None of the lights work. My question: Would a dead battery keep all of the lights from working? Or would the generator/alternator alone make the lights work without the battery?
