hello you neede to drill a hole and break the little black pin at the 80 mph spot off but dont let it fall down that will alow you to go faster than 80 good luck ps. the speedo cover is plastic a small drill will do the job is or you can find a speedo for a cb 1000 wich says 135 mph but it may not bolt up good luck.
