There should only be one, it is between carbs 2 and 3, towards the front, and has a black head.
The mixture screws are adjusted on a per carb basis. The full instructions depend on the carbs, you will need a shop tak and a manual for your bike to get it set correctly, might just be easier to goto a shop if you want to adjust mixtures and/or sync the carbs.
