Well, if you found out that fuel is not getting out of your carbs and the carbs are recently cleaned,then they probably touched the floaters and they just don´t work, keeping the outlet of the carbs closed.
Have you tried one by one the cylinders? First remove one sprk plug and start up the engine. Then do the same with the other, to determine which one is not working. Better get it to a garage to fix it up. If you open the carbs your selve, then make sure you get all the info and all the spares you need.
I had the oposite problem: One floater was too heavy. We changed it but after the third spare we found the correct one.
