Well, as far as the "base block" goes, I think you´re talking about the oil filter. Am I correct? If that leaks, you can get an oil filter for it, which includes a new gasket for that piece. If the right side cover is leaking, you can try to make a gasket for it. For that you´ll need a set of metric wrenches, gasket sealant, and gasket material. There aren´t that many special tools to put the rest together. I am not sure about the fuel regulator. If you need a new one, you´re best option would be one from a CM400. It can probably handle a higher flow. Mike Nelson
