The engine displacementon 1982-on models increased from 24.1 cu.in. (395cc) to 27.3 cu.in. (447cc) by changing the bore ONLY - not the stroke. The 6 speed was introduced as well. There should be an external oil pipe to deliver oil to the rocker arem assemblies - most likely a CM450E engine bolted into the 400T frame.
