pull flywheel cover off using 8mm socket use a bucket underit just in case some oil is trapped, pull gear lever off carefully, use a 15mm socket on the flywheel turn the timing marks on point, the tdc is eched on the flywheel and the case will have a arrow/ point on the case line those up, and check each rocker arm if it loose its on exhaust, if all three are tight then thats tdc and from them i think you can sail, specs are exhaust .003-.005in intake .005-.006
