81 Honda XL 250 S discussion forum:

What year is it?

What year is it?

I just inherited a Honda XL250S. The Vin number is MD0102BM305328 which does not decode anywhere since it´s not the new format. Is there a way for me to find out what year it is? Does it matter for spare parts or did nothing change in the range of late 70s to early 80s?
