Purchased in 2001 for $5900.00. Invested over $1000 to have it road worthy. The work was done myslf. Well built. Easy access to all parts. Use plenty of loctite on things. True heavy duty vibrator. Yes chicks dig it but after a few miles your tools will too. 1340 engine with no baffles sounded supreme. Was proud to own this bike over the new, expensive Harleys...even with the chipped paint and spider webbed chrome. I believe a true "Harley Rider" can, does, and will fix his own bike. With extra time being close to nill, this got old.....Quick. Sold this bike, after just 6mo., to a friend for what I had invested. Purchased a 1997 Kawasaki Vulcan with 7000 mi. for $1400 less. Less down time but just wasn´t the same. Loved that sound!
