take it back apart 1 more time this time make sure you fill the area where the spring inside seal is level full then clean the trans where seal is drivin in clean very well measure the distance with aMice to make sure your not driving it in to far and crimping new seal use permatex on outside of seal and drive it in carefully O and make sure theres no burrs and all is smooth that should fix it unless mainshaft is outta round and grooved!!? had a handful of these on leaky seals on several bikes and a friend seen me cussin about %&#!¤ machining and said permatex the outside diameter that cant hurt and drive it in slow but sure like a new bump queen..lol.. hope this helps Brian
