I have had several sportsters over the years and none as good as the roadster. It has electronic ignition which is a plus no haggling with points. It also has electronic voltage regulator another plus no haggling with mechanical regulators. It is uncomfortable to ride in the normally located footrest. cure for that is simple forward controls or highway bars. All in all this bike is great, and I wont sell it for any money
