If you havent got an answer yet(hope you did), put the bike up on the center stand, look on bottom of right engine side cover for a nickel-sized sightglass, oil (10w-40) should be just below top of sightglass. Bike has to be straight up.. on side stand wont show any oil in sightglass. Changing oil (including filter) requires 2 an´ abt 1/4 qts.
