Engine Reves when I turn right

I just bought an 82 Seca XJ750 and am going thought it to make is ready to ride. I´m looking for the cable diagram so I can see if the throttle cable is run correctly. When I turn the forks right the engine takes off (this is not good). Right now the cable is routed in front of the neck then under the gas tank.
