the differance between the maxim and the seca is the body (depending on the model of seca and the front forks )I have two they both are xj750 one looks just like a maxim except the handel bars tac/speedo cluster are differant and the rear tail light/head light is also, the rest is the same engine drive train etc. the maxim I had was very dependable and a great bike the price in the U.S 1,000 dollors if you want to find out what it is in your country go to blue book .com and that will tell you
