trying to figure out entire VIN

i bought an ´82 seca 750 and the title displays only 7 digits of the actual VIN.
i look at the sticker on the frame that shows the VIN up at the steering pillar and it appears that over the years the wiring has rubbed off most of the numbers and sticker. the first 3 letters and the last 7 digits are all that are visible. the last 7 digits are what´s actually printed on the title. how do i go about gettting the remaining VIN numbers?
