Dear Sirs, I own the same bike and I have a same problem with a starting engine. I replace all toothwheels from the starter including the toothwheel with magnet. The problem is still exist from time to time. The starter is stacking,cracking with the soud of impact of metal to metal. Also i change the starter relay.The situation is improved but not enought.This bike need a very strong baterry with a very high cracking current( more than 150 A).Im thinking to instal two lead acid batery or one EXIDE with 230A cracking. Pls. If someone know the sollution,pls help me!Its a mechanical construction problem, the factory problem! Thank You in advance,, Miroslav |
