Wiring CDI from F to LC2 loom?

I am nearing completion of my LC2 winter project but have come across a problem. The bike looks to have a later (F) CDI unit which doesn´t have the black and white wire. I think that on a LC2, this is the one which kills the sparks when the ingition or cut out is operated.
On the loom the black and white wire tests as earthing when the ignition or cut out are off. I presume that this earths the LC2 CDI before it puts out the LT pulse to the coil.
As it is everything works and the engine runs beautifully but I cant stop it.
How do I wire the newer CDI so that I can stop the engine???
