I can´t answer but can relate to the same experiance. After not riding my LC for an extended period of time and having the crankshaft rebuilt, I experianced what I feel is excessive vibration between 5,500 and 7,000 RPM. I can´t recall having the same vibration prior to the crank rebuild.
