I have just restored a 1981 rd250lc and cannot get it to run properly it coughs splutters and backfires. It has new plugs and the carbs. have been cleaned out. It used to run well before I restored it and did not open the engine, basically a paint job. Please help and ideas on how I can get it to run properly.
