I´m going to begin to track down my 1982 Katana, stolen in November of 1986, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As I shipped it from South Africa it was the 1100cc model and speedo measured in km/h. I am figuring there aren´t that many in the states, as the US model was 1000cc. Had a chopped up air box, K&N style air filters and 1983 model year rims. Had a fairing lower, unfinished, and Metzlers on it at the time. Also, if I recall VIN was a few characters shorter than standard US VIN.
