Hi, I have 2 81/440s & 2 81/750 LTDs. They all run great but I did replace a belt on one of the 440s & it was about $200.00 Can. The belt squeaked not the pully. The belt looked good but because the bike sat so long before I bought it the belt was dried & hard so it squealed like crazy. If I,m not sure of the prob. I replace the cheapest thing 1st. You can also try a belt dressing that will soften it up.
