I bought the 1982 Kawasaki 440 LTD. I was told everything was fine and that this individual had ridden it until the day he let it sit. It sat for about one year before I bought it. It did run, however, when you went to give the bike gas it would not accelerate at all. Also, top speed was around 35-40 miles an hour with the throttle cranked. Does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be with my bike. Thanks.
