Head deck compression

Hi all,
I have a 81 kz 440 ltd. with 15500 miles. It runs good. I got a spare moter with low compression. Over the winter I want to do a valve job and deck the spare heads to put on my motor. My motor has 125 psi of compression cold with throttle open. I believe stock should be 150 psi. How many thousands should I take off the head to get back to 150 psi. I´m thinking 20 thousands. What are your guys thoughts? I´m site the valve job will bring it up some. But I don´t want to go crazy with it. I´ve herd the 50 thousands head deck will take it from the stock 9.4 to 1. To 10.75 to 1. But I don´t know what that equals out to psi wise?

Thanks for your help
