HI!! i bought a KLX 250B a couple of years ago, and only just recently got it running, i had alot of problems with the c.d.i which i understand is quite a common problem. at the moment my bike is stripped down because the exaust stud snapped out of the head, and im having alot of trouble finding someone willing to weld it. i´ve only had a couple of rides on it sofar (without the exaust pipe attached properly to the point flames were coming out the head and it was sounding like a concord), but to my astonishment it had heaps more mumbo than i expected out of a vintage fourstroke. i was also wondering if anybody has any good tips on absaloutly anything about the bike before i put it back together.... thanx!
