I have recently acquired an Kl 250 that has been standing in a barn for 13 years.I flushed the engine and and replaced the oil.Bought and installed a new battery.The engine starts (with difficulty). I can reach a speed of 60 kilometers/hour @ +/- 4000 rpm on a level road.If I try to exceed this speed/rpm the engine falters and I have to throttle-back.The engine also falters if I try to climb the slightest incline.On a downhill slope I can reach a speed of 80 kilometers per hour with a slight increase in rpm.I have had the bike to two local bike workshops at a cost of over R3000.00 to
