Sabre running then stalling, horn blowing, gauges not working...

My vf750s would run for a little while, then stall and not start untill it cooled. Now, it will run with full gauges fine, dies then will run with throttle but no gauges, horn blowing, and does not idle. PLEASE HELP! ps. I did have a regulator issue that I have since replaced.
