Starter problem

I left my bike over night in the rain and the next day I turned it on pressing the start button and nothing would happen. I took the Solenoid out and replaced the fuse, but still it doesn´t start, the solenoid just clicks when I push the start button. I checked the battery voltage and it is all fine. Even did the voltage drop test which was good. I checked the Solenoid´s electrical resistance and it was .4 Ohms which is probably low. Im trying to check my grounds but i cant find the starter motor ground anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
