spark plug fouling problem

I just recently purchased a 750 and have been working on it. It is operational sort of. The bike will run for probably 10 miles after cleaning the spark plugs before they are fouled so bad that it will no longer idle and the bike no longer preforms correctly. I believe I know what the problem is, the secondary jets in the carbs are 105´s and the original stock was 98´s or something close to that. The problem is I bought the bike with after market exhaust and do not know the proper jet size. any suggestions?
