If anyone can help, that would be great! My Honda will not go past 4800 rpm in any gear. When I hit that level of rpm, it feels like a govenor is on my bike and it all of a sudden lacks power and kind of spurts and sputters. The carbs have just been done and are in good shape so it is not them. Any ideas on what it could be? Please help.
