Hi there,
I have recently acquired a CBX550 in fairly good condition and am on the fence about dipping into the pocket to turn it into a nice weekend cruiser.
The motor has a light ticking sound when running and from a little research it seems apparent that they have some time/ cam chain issues. Is this a major cost to deal with?
I am slo interest to know if anyone has altered the front brake set up/ changed it completely to a modern brake set up and helped with the unsprung weight issue of the front end.
All info welcomed.
Cheers in advance
