Starts and idles perfect, no load throttle up gets excessive fuel at about 5500 RPM and under load, at 4000 RPM. Pretty sure that it´s carb but I´ve been through them both and found nothing. Floats ok, new fuel needles, new air cut off valves, and all passages and jets clean and open. Can get acceleration to work okay if I shut fuel supply almost all the way off. There is no adjustment for float level height in factory service manual and floats are plastic. Anyone got any suggestions. I´ve owned this bike for five years and do most of the work on it myself but this is the first time I have had this problem. I pretty much ride it daily so with this problem, I´m not comfortable with getting it out on the highway to get run over. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
