Vibrations at certain speeds

Hello to all fellow CM 250 owners. This is my first bike and so far I love it. I´m learning new things every day. My question/comment today is that I´ve noticed engine vibrations at certain speeds. When travelling around 47mph the bike vibrates but it seems to go away after 50mph. This seems to happen at the end of each gear. Is this normal?
Also, when cruising in 3rd/4th around 30+mph the bike seems to want to fight me to slow down. Is this normal? I heard it could be the compression. All of your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
