I recently picked up my first motorcycle, a 1982 CM250 Custom with 7100 miles. It´s a great little bike that sat for several years, fortunately it was stored properly. I didn´t set out to buy a CM250C but am happy I came across it on Craigslist, it´s turned out to be a great bike for me to learn to ride. I have a question for you all though. I see everywhere that the 82 CM250C was offered in two tone color scheme however my bike is solid green, no pin stripping. It´s not been repainted or rebuilt, it´s tip top. Have any of you come across this? Better yet, is there an explanation for it? Also, I´m looking for a crash bar but haven´t come across any. Please let me know if you have any to sell or have had success using bars for other models. |
