I recently bought an ´82 H-D FLT with 9,760 orig. miles, so it is a pretty sharp bike. The questions that I have are: 1.) Does my bike have a chain or belt going to the rear tire? When I am in 5th gear, at a low RPM, it doesn´t chug or rattle like a chain would(my Dad has a ´79 FLH (Bastard)) and you can hear the chain rattle. #2.) On my front fender there is a gold Eagle and it says "Comemrative 1982". What is comemrative about it? I have asked every "ol´ timer" that I know and they don´t have a clue.
Any info would be greatly appreciated, Coop.
