82 Harley-Davidson XLH 1000 Sportster discussion forum:

I have a 1984 registered Ironhead. It has fixed on the front fender a small metal eagle badge. I am told that this item was peculiar to 1982 models only. Is this correct or is it more likely an aftermarket piece?.
