I got mine for $500 in nonrunning condition, and it turned out to be a bad wire to the starter fuse. Some minor tightening of the main wiring junction under the tank(looks like automotive wiring harness connection) and all electrical wierdnesses went away. High compression mean the battery needs to stay topped in order to turn it over, but only because its an occasional rider, and doesnt get enough riding to stay charged. No problems to report. Runs fast, and has a beautifully ducati note in the exhaust. It is a living beast, a Pantah. What possible complaints could I have for a $500 running ducati, not cagiva, a true duc, last of its kind.
