hi
i own a 2000 model and have had the same probelem. no help from no one. the exuast has a catalitic converter in it so i cut the exuast in three and took out all the guts then rewelded it.the bike now is a lot more powerful down low but will still not pull faster than 65
so i,m not sure if its down to gearing.....
